Mani and pedi are not consistent. No liners used is soaking tubs.
WORST MANICURE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Not even worth the 1 star! After getting my cuticles sliced open from the nail file, my manicurist left me to do a pedicure on another customer. After about 15 minutes of waiting, another manicurist stepped in while waiting on her customer's pedicure to finish. She did the worst rush job I had ever seen. I wish I didn't have to pay for this disaster she calls a manicure. I also wish I could take a picture of the polish all over my fingers and on top of my cuticles. This manicure looks like a 5 year old painted my nails! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I love Bloom! They do a great job and always make sure I feel welcomed. When I arrive I'm seen straight away and always have the most magical pedicure. A simple manicure on the other hand is surprisingly hard to get. My cuticles never look spectacular but the option to have a manicure the same time as your pedicure is definitely a plus.
Went in to get a clean up on my eyebrows and the woman did a terrible job. I told her I didn't want my eyebrows thin, but instead it look like I didn't do anything. I was on a short break at work and I didn't notice how horrible of a job she did until I got home and fully exam it. It was already over priced to begin with, I wanted to go back and demand they redo it for free but I've had too many botched experience with my eyebrows so I didn't even bother, I just know from now on to stick to my Newark shop where they follow what you want and still make your brows look fleeky. Never again
I will give it another try, the pedicure was excellent, but I had a different person for the manicure and she was rushing thru the process with a less than average result for my nails. It is very clean and comfortable
