So first time ever to this dealer for a simple brake fluid flush service. Good customer service and all but they charged me a fee for THEIR mechanics using THEIR tools? It's a tools used to do the service fee? You have to be freaking kidding me. It was $7 only and I paid over $170 for the service. It's not about the money but the principal. How can you charge a fee for using your tools to do service on my car? I should have charged them a fee for me driving their loaner car. And I was never told about this fee nor does it state on their website. I will never go here for anything.

Very disappointed with Mike Callahan and the dealership in general. Whereas my wife’s Infiniti dealer made her feel quite pampered, Mike made me feel as though I was doing him a favor. He was curt, lacking in insight on the technical details of the car, and rushed me throughout the whole process, I regret having given him a commission.
I am writing another review and giving BMW of Springfield 5 stars, if i could, i would give more than 5 stars. Why? Because after my initial negative review, the Service Advisor, Gabriel immediately called me and offered to make me a happy customer. Gabriel did not give up and followed up with me every single day, long story short, they did everything and anything that a business that cares for its customers, would do to make their customer happy. Gabriel went above and beyond and made sure i walked out happy. My nearest dealership is Open Road BMW in edison, and i am not going anywhere else but BMW of Springfield. Will be looking to purchase a new X5 from them as well. Thank you Gabriel, i hope you become the GM Of Service so that you can take this dealership to be the best in U.S.
I tried to buy cars here three (3) time, back when this was JMK BMW. Something always went sideways in the process, usually when we would start talking money and local sale people would insist on 2x-3x markup vs. other dealers in the area. One time I was lectured by a salesman that he deserved higher profits because he posts to a BMW blog. There is a slight chance I will give new ownership another chance, but only if all old entitled salespeople are gone.
I typically don't write reviews, but wanted to give credit to the service rep at BMW of Springfield.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing fast service and all the staff was extremely polite. The establishment is clean and you definitely get what you pay for. Family friendly and amazing selection.
This was our first owned BMW and I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my son's car. When we arrived, we were promtly helped by Service Advisor Megan Matos who was very professional and made for a wonderful experience, which says a lot about the dealership.
